Air Source Heat Pump Installation provides air source heat pump design, installation and maintenance services across the United Kingdom. This policy explains what we do with the personal data you give us.
When you complete an enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the system you are interested in, your current heating type and anything you write in the message field. We also record which page the enquiry came from.
Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey and provide a quote. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest, specifically responding to a request you have made of us, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
If you proceed with an installation and we apply for a Boiler Upgrade Scheme voucher on your behalf, we will share the property and ownership details required with Ofgem and with the MCS certification body. In Scotland you apply to Home Energy Scotland directly, and any data you provide to them is governed by their own privacy policy.
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are retained for six years to meet accounting, warranty and grant audit obligations.
Form submissions are delivered by a third-party form processing service to our email inbox. Where your enquiry is passed to a regional installation team, only the details needed to survey and quote are shared. We do not share your details with any other third party except as described above or where required by law.
